The IAU100 logo is now translated into 53 different languages in a joint effort by the IAU National Outreach Coordinators and the IAU Astronomy Translation Network.

The 53 translations of the slogan “100 years: under one sky” can be found on the IAU100 website from the following languages:

 

Arabic, Azerbaijani, Bengali Bulgarian, Burmese, Catalan, Croatian (Cyrillic), Croatian (Latin), Czech, Dutch, English, Ethiopian, German, Greek, Guarani, Gujarati, Hausa, Hindi, Hungarian, Igbo, Indonesian, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Kiswahili, Korean, Malagasy, Malay, Malayalam, Maori, Marathi, Mauritius, Mongolian, Nepali, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Rukwangali, Russian, Serbian (Cyrillic), Serbian (Latin), Sinhalese, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Tonga, Turkish, Urdu, Vietnamese and Yoruba.

The IAU100 logo can be used freely in IAU100 events that align with the IAU100 goals provided that the activity is registered and approved to appear on the IAU100 Event Calendar.  Add your event to the list and we’ll help you disseminate it!.
